Trafalgar Square
Trafalgar Square is one of the most visited tourist attractions of London. It was designed by John Nash and built between 1829 and 1841, in honor of Horatio Nelson's victory at the Battle of Trafalgar. Notting Hill carnival
Every year in August there is a huge Caribbean party in London. N early two million people come to enjoy the music, dancing and fun of the Notting Hill carnival.
The carnival is more than forty years old, and lasts for two days, a Sunday and a M onday.
The carnival music is calypso, traditional music from the Caribbean. F ood is also a big attraction and there are a lot of street stalls selling delicious carnival food.
